If heating required it is on a pay as you go system with gas bottles. Large €140 x 60kg bottles (est 1-2 per week depending on guests own usage) Firewood also at your own expense but can be supplied by the neighbour.
Do not leave cushions for outdoor furniture outside when you go out or at night or while raining. Strictly no smoking inside the villa. Garbage MUST be recycled as per the Villa Guide instructions or we get a €3,000 fine!
