Positive: The view from the terrace is amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, except for frying pans - their Teflon coating is damaged and they cannot be used. The apartments are located near a beautiful beach. I think it's the best beach in this region. Cafes and shops are located nearby. This apartment is also close to the Rivo Trigoso train station. It is far from the Sestri Levante train station, but you can reach the apartment with the free shuttle 961, which runs every hour. There is also a private parking space near the apartment.

Negative: There is a constant unpleasant smell from the sewer in the apartment. This smell did not disappear even after the apartment was completely aired out. The apartments have hundreds of reviews but unfortunately no one warned about this. Check-out is only possible from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. At other times it costs €40. The same conditions apply to check-in. Such conditions were not included in the apartment description and were only sent to us after paying for the reservation. There are no beach towels in the apartments. Many of the apartments where we stayed before had beach towels. It is very convenient, especially if you are traveling with a backpack.
