Detached house characterised by stone elements that make the environment unique, located in a small alley in Modica's oldest neighbourhood.
Walking past a gate and through a private alley, guests will reach the entrance that opens onto a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table, overlooking the well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an electric stovetop, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with a TV each: the first, coming with twin beds, has been completely renovated while keeping its peculiar elements; the latter, with a queen size bed, has been carved entirely out of the rock.
A full bathroom entirely carved out of the rock and equipped with a shower.
Smokers will have an open-air seating area at their disposal in the private alley, ideal also to enjoy breakfast.

During summer there is a mini tourist train "Trenino Barocco" (little Baroque train) that connects the lower part of the city with the upper part, departing from the Corso Umberto I, in front of Duomo di San Pietro.
