There is a small park close to Piazzale Bergamini, where there is a playground for children. The underground stop Cipro is located in via Cipro near Piazzale degli Eroi, where there is the fountain which shows the Peschiera aqueduct, considered one of the largest aqueducts in Europe. The neighbourhood is rich in markets; the Trionfale market, considered the first Roman market, with its many stalls is certainly among the largest in Italy and even Europe.

Perfect for a long or short stay, whether for work or to fully experience the capital's tourism. The house is ideal for couples of friends, families with children or a group of friends seeking comfort. The city's main tourist attractions are within walking distance or by public transportation.
The living room has a sofa bed( 120cm x 190 cm) , television corner , a bench and a dining table with 4 chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. From the living room there is access to the terrace. There is an air-conditioning system in the living room.
