Casa3dici, “Tredici", is an authentic 100-year-old Italian house with 3 floors among Italians in a car-free neighborhood, not directly on the lake but about 100m above Lake Como against the mountainside. Away from the crowds but close to Bellagio and Como. Located on the Strada Regia hiking trail and ideal for families with children. The spacious house has a roof terrace with seating and parasol and a large private garden, separated from the house by a path and a few meters from the house, with gazebo and dining facilities for 8 people. Terrace and garden both with a view over the lake. The house is wonderfully cool and comfortable in the summer. The pebble beach on the lake can be reached via a public staircase of 200 steps. Our guests can use our 2 kayaks on the lake. Visit Lezzeno, Bellagio, the beautiful villas and gardens around the lake or the chic shops and market in Como. Milan can be easily be reached by car or train. You can hike or cycle in the area. There are 2 bicycles with helmets available for our guests. Of course you can also enjoy delicious food in the garden with the large BBQ or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the area, some within walking distance of Casa3dici. Parking space around Lake Como is limited so we are very happy to offer private parking space for one car.
