Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: the location of hotel was very good, place and room looks very cozy and comfortable. The room has everything what you need. plave has relaxing zone where you can enjoy the view to the lake.

Negative: when we arrived there was nobody, so we needed to call host and wait around 20 min them to arrive and provide us keys. In the website of booking there was given a choice of the rooms, we chose the room on upper floor with better view to the lake, when we arrived we got room on the ground floor with almost no view to the lake and no balcony ofc, and for our complaints respond was that rooms are occupied, so problem is that expectations were for the room with view and we got something very different and way worse in my opinion.

Summary: overall it was okay, but we didmt meet our expectations
