House rules, 1. bins must be emptied before departure. dumpsters are located across the entrance of the building, 2. toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet as it will clog. a call out fee will be added to your bill. it is advised to empty the bin every day to avoid unpleasant smells, 3. in order to have a shower the furnace must be turned on for hot water. this is located on the power board. on average half an hour before showering is fine but it must be turned off before showering to avoid electrocution, 4. keys must not be separated from magnetic reader. once separated they cannot be put back together. if tampered with, a fee of 100 euros will be additionally billed to you. any lost keys will be billed at 500 euro to replace the lock, 5. no sitting on furniture when wet, 6. any breakages will be paid for, 7. any missing items will be paid for, 8. items that have been placed in difficult to reach places are not intended for your use. please respect our wishes, 9. whatever is placed in accessible areas is for your use, 10. complimentary coffee is provided for the first day but needs to be purchased for subsequent days, 11. washing powder is provided for one wash, anything after that needs to be purchased. please make sure that you purchase only products that can be used in the washing machine as anything else can lead to damages, 12. the safe needs to be left open when departing so it can be accessed by the next person, 13. when windy please do not open both balcony doors on either side of the apartment as this creates a strong draft that can ultimately knock over the wall art and maybe even the tv, 14. keys must be placed in lock box when departing. make sure numbers are turned to protect against unauthorized people accessing the apartment.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, managed by a private host
