VILLA VALENTINA is a bright and charming two-storey villa for six people. From Villa Valentina you’ll admire an amazing view of the sea and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The villa is around 200 m2 in size and includes a private above-ground swimming pool, and a private panoramic terrace with a sea view, barbecue, air-conditioning/heating, and Wi-Fi.

Villa Valentina is found on the renowned Riviera di San Montano and enjoys a wonderful view of the sea. The Riviera di San Montano is tucked away in a quiet private neighbourhood around 1 km from the centre of Massa Lubrense and is right by the sea. This strip of the Sorrentine peninsula is a natural oasis with many footpaths between old farmhouses, archaeological sites, and breath-taking views. It’s particular title of Terra delle Sirene (Land of the Sirens) derives from the story that the coasts of this territory were frequented by the same mythical Sirens that saw the passage of the ships of Odysseus.

A walk of about 10 minutes (around 600 m) will bring you to the waterfront, part wharf, and part pebble beach, which boasts a large area for sunbathing and swimming. The rocky coast keeps the water sparkling.

You’ll be around 800 m from the centre of Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find restaurants and shops. The SITA bus stop is around 300 m away.

For a comfortable stay at Villa Valentina we recommend that you have a car at your disposal. You’ll be able to park it for free along the street by the villa.

From the pool area you’ll be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.

THE TERRACE is large and equipped with tables, chairs, and a barbecue. Here you will also find the laundry area with a washing machine. From the terrace you will enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea, the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida, and the Gulf of Naples. You get to the terrace from the kitchen or the living room.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM is bright and tastefully decorated. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and a television with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air-conditioning/heating and from here you will be able to access the terrace with sea view.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a five-hob gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, americano coffee machine and moka pot, electric kettle, and other small appliances. Here there is also a dining table for eight people. From the terrace you will enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea, the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida, and the Gulf of Naples. You get to the terrace from the kitchen or the living room.

THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed and a television. The room is fitted with air-conditioning/heating and has a window from which you can admire a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, hairdryer, shower, and also has a window with a great sea view. Access to the room is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air-conditioning/heating. Access to the room is from the corridor.
