Positive: The house was beautiful and very clean and it suited well for our family with two children. Views from the garden to the Tuscany countryside were just spectacular and breathtaking. Garden was well taken care of with beautiful flowers and our kids loved the pool which was cleaned every other day. Our hosts Giulio and Elisa were extremely hospitable and friendly. They made all their efforts to make us feel welcome: there were fresh fruits and muffins waiting us upon arrival and they also brought us a delicious cake during our stay. The accomodation was perfect, everything we could have hoped for!

Negative: There is Casa Eden, another holiday accommodation next to Capitato…per caso so the accommodation is not as secluded as we had first thought. In Casa Eden, there was a larger group of people accomodated and they were quite noisy in the evenings with singing and shouting in the terrace which was underneath our bedroom window. However, this was just a small setback, but something to consider if you have small children who go to sleep early and have problems with sleeping.

Summary: We loved Capitato…per caso and we will definitely come back again! Thank you so much Giulio and Elisa!
