The guests are received by Giovanna, who lives near the house and is responsible for the cleaning and regular maintenance, and is available for any assistance as needed.
The location of the house allows you to enjoy both worlds, Umbria and Tuscany: the wonderful cities of Perugia and Assisi on the one hand and Cortona and Montepulciano on the other. In the vicinity of the house there are excellent restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.
