The building is accessible by private water taxi from the Marco Polo airport in only 20 minutes and it takes less than 5 minutes’ walk to reach the Vaporetto/Alilaguna (ferry boat) stop San Zaccaria, thus very central.
In the surroundings there are lots of artisan and antique ateliers, local food shops and delicious osterie (traditional restaurants).
