Please inform the chalet about your approximate arrival time to make sure somebody is there to meet you, if you are arriving by bus, please get off at the lens fondation pierre arnaud bus stop. from there it is approximately a 5-minute walk to reach the property, the chalet is unsuitable for babies and young children. children are welcome but they will need to have their own room. there are no child discounts, please specify whether you prefer double beds or twin beds, please note that the american express credit cards cannot be accepted!, if making your reservation less than 24 hours before arrival please call the chalet using the telephone number on your booking confirmation, guests are kindly asked not to wear outdoor shoes, hiking boots or ski boots in the chalet. please bring comfortable indoor shoes or slippers, a buffet breakfast is available every morning from 08:00 to 09:30.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
