The easily accessible pebble beach directly in front of the house is only a few meters away. Even during the high season it provides a great deal of privacy. Approximately 600 m away you will find managed pebble or sandy beaches.
A small coffee bar and a restaurant are 300 m away. The lively town centre of Imperia Oneglia, with its famous harbour setting, is a mere 800 m away along the promenade. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from star-rated restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted coffee bars and from colourful weekly markets to elegant boutiques.
The imposing stone house is laid out over two floors and opens frontally onto the coast. Here you live with all your senses in harmony with the sea.
