The house is completely immersed in the woods with a splendid view of the lake and the mountains. A chalet with a private and fenced garden. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor a beautiful stone sitting room, cozy, with fireplace and dining area, kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs a completely wooden attic with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. San Primo is easy to reach from Como or Lecco by following the signs for Bellagio and then for Ghisallo and from here passing from Piano Rancio to the woods that leads to the Martina Refuge. A few kilometers from Bellagio, Como and Lecco.
