Positive: Well, location is everything! The beautiful location of the house on a (closed) terrain with more colourful houses, two swimming pools and a tennis court and some local Italians (to upgrade the holiday feeling :)) Checkin via WhatsApp went smooth with Nicole, as well as the instructions to reach the parking & house. Lierna is a great village, close to many hot spots but in itself rather quiet, although with many facilities like a coffee place, local backery, best local crafted ice cream, supermarket, boat rental and recommended diner with il Crotto. The ‘short-cut’ walk via de garden fence on the left, made all the facilities very close (note part of the walking path is green) . The room looks exactly like on the pictures of booking, so give a good representation of the inside ( and outside ofcourse): so don’t expect anything fancy but sufficient.

Negative: The mosquito fencing is not consequent (missing at the back) nor accurate (in kitchen and bathroom) so we instantly had to buy an additional mosquito net( happily Decthlon Lecco close by); so this will be a recommendation to improve. Note; the bedroom is not seperate but rather part of a studio, (if I would have studied the photos better it would have been clear but I mainly checked the description). There is partly wall in between the kitchen (and bunk bed for kids, if any). The pool is not heated, so bear in mind when there is rain of couple of days it can be rather cold. To give an idea, during our stay in aug it was approx 24Celcius (Due to some rainy days in between).
