The interiors are elegantly contemporary, with stylish furniture throughout. The living/dining room has beautiful high ceilings and two French windows that open directly onto the large terrace. The room is furnished with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs.
The spacious modern kitchen, which is across the hallway from the dining area, is very well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. There is also a small table and stools for quick snacks on the go.
Outside the living room is the private terrace with the original stone balustrade and stunning across Lake Como to the mountains beyond. The terrace is furnished with a café-style table and chairs shaded by a large parasol. An elegant flight of stone stairs leads from the terrace down to the well-tended shared garden.

Guests can take a ferry from Menaggio’s port (3-minute walk) to Varenna or on to Bellagio and spend a day in these famously beautiful towns.
For visitors who are looking for more excitement, there is Lake Como Adventures (40-minute drive), for a wide range of activities including climbing, canyoning, hiking and skiing in the winter months.
