A luxurious and brand new apartment just renovated in the center of Sanremo, a few steps from the Ariston Theater and the famous Casino,
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people and has 2 wonderful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge open space living room/kitchen with 2 sofa beds and finally a large terrace with dining table.
In addition to aesthetics, the accommodation offers a super-fast WI-FI connection, air conditioning in every room and appliances of all types.
This brand new and luxurious apartment is on the third floor of a historic condominium in the area, quiet and well inhabited: at the entrance to the hall we will find a small lift (3 people maximum) which can only be used with the aid of a key which we will give provided (the lift is brand new but for safety and space reasons it is slightly slow).
At the entrance we will find, however, a beautiful and bright room with an open kitchen, a beautiful table, two sofa beds, a mirrored wardrobe, a 55'' flat-screen SMART TV and a very large terrace covered with synthetic grass, together with a additional dining table where you can eat in the open air (8 seats).
On the right side of the accommodation, however, we find two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two beautiful bathrooms (one of which is private in one of the bedrooms). The bathroom located in the corridor has a washing machine and a small balcony where you can hang out.
Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV and AIR CONDITIONING.
EXTRA paid PRIVATE PARKING (from 10 to 20 euros per day depending on the season) right under the accommodation, closed by an electric gate.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES: Hairdryer, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, oven, kettle and dishwasher.
SERVICES: Super fast Wi-Fi (modem under television), AIR CONDITIONING for each room, 55'' SMART TV (NETFLIX - YOUTUBE etc.) heating, hot water, linen.
A quiet neighborhood in the heart of Sanremo, a stone's throw from its nightlife and beaches.
The accommodation is located a few steps from the center of Sanremo, about 550m from the Casino and the Ariston Theatre, right below the house there is one of the large parking areas of Sanremo (Piazza Eroi, where the weekly market is held) reachable via a small descent, under the house we also find a coin-operated laundry.
As regards the distance from the sea, however, it is no more than an 8/9 minute walk, thus reaching the beautiful sandy beaches of Sanremo (Baia Greca, Royal Beach, Pico de Gallo, Lido la Fontana etc.)
To reach the main street of Sanremo (Via Matteotti) where the best shops and the famous Ariston Theater are located, it only takes 4 minutes (400m).

This beautiful house has many comforts, such as being less than 550m from the Sanremo Casino, the Ariston theater and 8 minutes walk from the beaches.
The accommodation is located on the third floor which can be reached by comfortable low stairs or with the help of a lift (hoist) which can only be used by leaving the appropriate key inserted (the lift is slow but very safe and comfortable).
The apartment is well inhabited and you are asked to respect the condominium timetables.
The house stands out for two terraces, both with open views on the two opposite sides of the building, the larger of the two also has synthetic grass and a dining table (8 seats) overlooking the valley, buildings and sea.
