"The 2-room apartment "Merlotscha", which was completely renovated in 2022, is in a quiet, central location in the beautiful holiday resort of Arosa. Both the "Zentrum" bus stop and the Untersee with its natural outdoor pool are only a five-minute walk away. The apartment is in the 5th (top) floor of an apartment building, which can be easily reached via a second entrance on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. There is a parking space in front of the house at the level of the entrance on the 3rd floor You can use it to load and unload your personal belongings. You can park your car in the public car park "Hubelsee", which you can reach on foot in three minutes. In winter you can ski in 2 minutes to the Untersee bus stop, from where The bus takes you directly to the Weisshornbahn and the Hörnli.
