The flat has a large terrace which is protected by a thuja hedge. You can reach the terrace through the large sliding window door from the living room. The flat has a covered parking space and, on request, a further, uncovered parking space. The large sauna with an additional shower can be shared and is located on the same floor as the flat. The house was newly built in 2015.
