The well-kept development is situated in a sunny location on the edge of the village, separated from the lake only by the lakeside road. The Residenza has two large sunbathing lawns directly on the lake.
You can cool off on hot days not only in the lake, but also in one of the Residenza's two swimming pools.

Location description: The picturesque Morcote is one of the most charming holiday destinations in Ticino and is located 12 km from Lugano at the southern end of a narrow headland, directly on Lake Lugano.
In 2016, Morcote was voted the most beautiful village in Switzerland by readers of Schweizer Illustrierte, L'illustré and il caffè.
The former fishing village is characterised by its unique location, mild climate, subtropical vegetation, arcades and narrow streets. The shops (open on Sundays) invite you to take a stroll, while the winding alleyways and fine restaurants make the heart of explorers beat faster.
The church of Santa Maria del Sasso and the famous monument cemetery, from which you have a marvellous view over Lake Lugano, are well known and well worth a visit.
Also worth a visit is the famous Parco Scherrer with architectural buildings from all over the world and typical southern vegetation.
