A large sun terrace and a covered terrace on the top floor offer additional living space in the summer. The garden has been lovingly landscaped with native plants and has a flat lawn.
You get over the garage with electric door into the house. 1 car can be found in the garage and another vehicle can be parked in the parking space in front of the garage.
The main living level is designed generously and has a spacious living / dining area with large windows that allow a view on the large sun terrace, an exclusive designer kitchen, which was open integrated into the spacious and 3 meters high living quarters and indoor -Poolbereich. The window front of the indoor pool can be opened completely on request.
The three bedrooms on the first floor are bright and all have this dream-lake. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, electric shutters and a private balcony. The floors are maple hardwood floors, and granite staircase. This level completes two exclusive bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The absolute best view one has from the top floor of the covered patio and an enclosed space, in which a kitchenette was intergeriert.
