Small villa located 900 metres from the beach and the centre of Lido degli Scacchi, in a very quiet area.
Inside the complex there is a large swimming pool for adults and a small one for children with lifeguard service and it is open from 15/6 until 15/9.Private garden with indoor parking space, small terrace with barbecue. It is arranged vertically with an entrance on the ground floor where there is a private garden with parking space, one goes up a private staircase to the first floor where there is a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. On the attic upper floor there is a double bedroom and a foldaway bed.
