Positive: Breakfast was good.

Negative: Both the bed and the bathtub had hair on them—not just one or two strands, but much more than that. We were too tired to request a room change, but either way, it’s unacceptable to offer customers a room full of someone else’s hair. It was very cold; the heating didn’t work the first night. For the second night, we requested that they fix it, but it still barely worked and kept turning off randomly. Eventually, a staff member improved it, but I still had to sleep with my sweater on.
