Positive: Very friendly staff. Great location close to the bus train and water taxi station. We had a garden room at the back and was lovely and quiet

Negative: Lift was out of order.

Summary: Spent 2 nights here as a base for exploring Venice. Hotel was ideal location without navigating bridges and water taxis
