Positive: If you find a more helpful, caring owner than Roberto, I'd like to meet him. He goes out of his way to make your stay as good as possible, helping at every stage of your stay, from helping you park the car, to booking your trip into Venice and everything in between. The room was spotless clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The array of food for breakfast was also very impressive and the location excellent, with the stunning beach only a block away. Roberto also provides you with discount cards for local restaurants. All his staff are really friendly and helpful too and the room was made every single day during my stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Negative: The only blemish is that like most Italian hotels I've stayed in, the noise from adjacent rooms and the one above, can sometimes be disruptive
