Our charming seaside home is located on the first floor and includes:
Entrance: After climbing the stairs (a lift is available for guests), you’ll reach a covered balcony illuminated by large windows. Nearby, you’ll find the entrance door, and before entering, you’ll notice the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and everything needed for drying and cleaning.
Living area: On the right as you enter, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a balcony overlooking the sea. On the left is the sleeping area, featuring two bathrooms (one with a shower) and three double bedrooms, two of which have balconies with sea views.
Bathrooms: The large bathroom has a shower and all necessary fixtures, while the smaller bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and bidet.
Parking: By coordinating with the person living on the ground floor, it’s possible to arrange parking in front of the gate.
Laundry area: The laundry space is equipped with a washing machine and all necessary cleaning tools. Clothes can be hung on lines installed outside the balcony window.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare summer lunches and traditional Romagnola dinners.
In addition to the Welcome Kit, you’ll have access to towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, bed linens, and duvets, all professionally sterilized by a specialized company.
