On the property there is a shared pool, which offers refreshment if you don't want to go to the sea. A beautiful sandy beach is only 1 km away from the porperty and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by car. There are two nice beach bars with restaurant.
The lovely seaside resort of Tropea with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars is only 6 km away. The nearest supermarket is 3 km away and there are some small shops and restaurants in the village of Santa Domenica di Ricadi, about 4 km away.
