Positive: It was very easy to connect with the host who is very friendly, and arrange check-in. View is very good and kitchen was well furnished and easy to work with (love those induction cooktops!).

Negative: The soundproofing is non-existent so you can hear everything from the apartment above (furniture, bathrooms, voices). The sofa bed in the living room was okay, but the additional adult bed in the bedroom was not comfortable (it was a bed base more than a mattress). The apartment is a stretch for 5 adults or teenage kids, but would be okay for 4 adults and one young child.
