This vintage house enjoys a wonderful location, situated right in front of the water to the west of the village of Caslano, and captivates you with its well-kept details that give you a feeling of the past, such as the furnishings, the floors, the fabrics.
The house is on two levels. The ground floor is composed as follows: the living room, with a sofa where you can relax reading a book or watching a movie, and a dining table, also suitable for working and studying; next to it, the spacious separate kitchen, and complete with everything you need to cook like at home, and a dining table for 4; finally, the service bathroom. Going up the staircase, there is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, both furnished with a large wardrobe for storing your apparel, and a small bedroom with a single bed.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
ATTENTION: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!
The house has a large garden in which to enjoy the open air and the mild Ticino climate, admiring the beauty of the lake. The patio is equipped with a large table for 8 people where you can have outdoor lunches and dinners.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Stroll through the historic center and walk the paths surrounded by greenery, or reach the romantic lakeside promenade and have lunch at one of the many small restaurants in the area! Caslano Lido is only an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are numerous facilities for engaging in sports, such as tennis and golf courses. Visit the Chocolate Museum and the Fishing Museum (a short walk from the house). A few meters away you will also find a boat rental service. The Caslano pier is a 5-minute walk away, from here you can take boats to all points of interest on Lake Lugano.

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you will reach the apartment in 20 minutes.
By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train towards Ponte Tresa for 10 stops and get off at the "Caslano" stop. In 15 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
