The castlelike BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and total 10 non smoker-apartments and each with own entrance from outside and different sizes for 1-8 persons ist situated in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at foot of Monte Brè (the sunniest mountain in Switzerland) near the lake (70 m airline).
Situated peaceful and sunny away from the disturbance of communal and cantonal-roads between private blind street and the antique
Olive-foot-path to the antique fisher's village "Gandria" (1,3 km) the BARONY LE PERGOLE thrones over a terraced Mediterranean treegarden with scare flora and panorama-view on Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.
A green OASIS nevertheless near to the center of Lugano: 2 km.
The shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m (on request and with charge) with 140 m2 sun terraces with deckchairs and table tennis is in function from June until end September and can be used by people /swimmers aged 12 years and over. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
Mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils are deposited for free use in the little garden-house nearby the indoor-pool as also the washing-machine and dryer.
The indoorpool can be closed at any time due to the Corona-pandemic due to official regulations.
However, there is within 130 m on private street and stairs down to the lake a municipal boat- and bath-stage and a small shingle-beach for sporty people: free of charge.
To the swimming-beach "LIDO SAN DOMENICO" with swimming in the lake ca. 500 m: with charge.
