The space
Second floor apartment (without lift) located in a typical 1930s building between the neighborhood of Trastevere and Monteverde Vecchio.
It has been recently renovated and it's very well furnished with design and luxury garments. Wood flooring and double glazed windows are in the whole apartment.
It has two large double bedrooms, one bedroom has its ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has its bathroom with shower close to the bedroom.
There is a single room in the upper floor for a fifth guest.

The double living room is very comfortable and has on a side a three seat sofa, two armchairs, a flat 32 inches screen TV with Netflix and on the other side of the room you find the dining room with a very nice crystal dining table. The living room is very bright with double glazed windows.
From the living room guests have access through a stair to the single room where there is the access to both private terraces. The first one is equipped with a dining table, deckchairs, parasol where you can dine, relax and enjoy the view over Rome.
