This is a penthouse attic flat in a beautiful well-kept 18th century building with an elevator and situated in a charming little piazza, an oasis of quiet, right between the Pantheon and PIazza Navona.
THE APARTMENT
Penthouse apartment, newly renovated and circa 110 sqm. plus a 50 sqm. private terrace. Once inside the buildnig, the elevator takes you to the top floor and the apartment is divided as follows:

- Kitchen: new, custom designed kitchen with marble counter top and lots of built in cupboards, large fridge-freezer, microvave, oven, stove. Fully equipped with flat and cookware, the kitchen also has a number of small applicances, such as: American coffee maker, toaster oven, boiler, etc. A bright space with access direclty onto the terrace allowing one to have a coffee, glass or wine or meal with little effort.
- Living Room: Spacious Double living room with working fireplace, parquet floors, air conditioning, restored antique ceilings with exposed brick and wood, skylights and lots of natural light. Furnished with three large sofa's, coffee table, writing desk and chairs and flatscreen T.V. Very quiet room facing private terrace and with views on sourrounding rooftops.

Master bedroom with double bed, (2.0x1.60m), arm chair, desoor, built in closets, a skylight, air conditioning and parquet floors. There is a additional storage in the hall.
Master Bath: Newly renovated bath entirely in travertine marble with tub and shower.
Guest Bedroom: Bedroom with double bed(190x160), air conditioning, entire wall of built in closets and en suite bath.
2nd Bath: newly renovated modern bathroom with shower.
Terrace: Magnificent private sun drenched terrace with many plants, outdoor dining area under covered pergola, large enough for outdoor entertaining, lounging and equipped with table for sixs. Very private, sunny and quiet.
