Residenza Montana Lago is a modern 2,5 room apartment (65 m2), in a central location in Locarno/Muralto, with a partial view of Lake Maggiore, the port of Locarno and the mountains in the distance.
Residenza Montana Lago is newly renovated and is located in an elevated position, approximately 5-7 minutes walk from the center of Locarno (Piazza Grande), the train station and the lake. At your disposal is a garden area, both in front and behind the residence.
In summer the terrace is perfect for sunbathing, with good privacy.
In the building there is an indoor swimming pool, solarium, sauna and fitness equipment. In winter you can relax in the indoor swimming pool, solarium and sauna, and then improve your fitness and strength in the fitness room.
Please note: The solarium, sauna and fitness equipment are NORMALLY open all year. The swimming pool is NORMALLY heated and is NOT in operation all year. It is usually in operation from about mid-May to mid-October, but PLEASE CHECK WITH US FIRST BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING.
