The residence of 235 m2 cosists of 7 bedrooms (for 13 to 15 people), two living rooms (one with billard and the other witha fire place), a mezzanine with a library, 3 bathrooms with toilets and one separate toilet, a spacious kitchen and two terraces, one of them covered.
The comforts are modern: T.V video, internet high speed, WiFi, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, micro wave, oven, two large refrigerator-freezers, telephone and a two-car garage.
A private roman-style swimming pool (15x6m), terraced on two sides, is at disposition from april through october. There is a covered poolhouse with a built-in barbeque and summer kitchen.
