Positive: It saved us in the morning becuse the outside gate was open and it waited for us.When we entered our room was already ready and waiting for us.The room is very clean and comfy,bathroom is also spotless clean and really big.You have a free kitchen with lots of stuff and next to the kitchen you have a big terrace with a nice look on the Bergamo.Place is really warm and heating is good.TV is equipped with nice cable connection with great channels(we watched Transformers it was great😀).Host sig.Francesco is really nice and polite,he made sure everything was good for us.Honest 10/10 experience and would recommend for people of all ages.Area is nice and quiet and it seems safe.

Negative: Only problem we had is that we couldnt connect to internet so we had to use our mobile data.
