Villa Marvista is a brand new villa (2023), with sea view and large, exclusive and private outdoor space.
It consists of two adjacent villas (FICO D'INDIA and LANTANA), with a large garden available. The two cottages are communicating each other, but they are independent and with exclusive services.
The villa has a simple and modern style, in harmony with the external environment. The internal rooms still retain the traditional barrel vaults, typical of ancient Salento homes, which give it a warm and welcoming appearance.
Villa Marvista represents the ideal solution for two couples, two families or friends who wish to stay in the same place but with independent spaces and services, in a quiet and relaxing environment away from the confusion.
THE LOCATION
The villa is immersed in the Salve countryside and is located near the provincial road 339 which connects the town center to Marina di Pescoluse.
Salve is a characteristic village in southern Salento just 2.5 km from the beautiful Caribbean beaches of Pescoluse. The town center has the main necessary services (groceries, pharmacy, banks, gyms, shops, gas station, etc.)
In Pescoluse, in addition to the numerous equipped beaches and free beaches, there are many commercial activities and attractions suitable for all ages. We would like to point out the market in the "Parco dei Gigli" square, where there is also a playground to entertain the little ones, numerous bars and ice cream shops, clubs and restaurants.
Furthermore, just 3.5 km away it is possible to reach the seaside resort of Torre Vado, very popular also for the amusement park area with rides, souvenir stalls and artisan products.
LANTANA COTTAGE – THE HOUSE
Villetta Lantana consists of a three-room apartment of approximately 50 m2, has air conditioning and is made up of:
- living room with complete and modern kitchenette (with induction hob, microwave oven and coffee machine), TV and dining table;
- 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds;
- a complete bathroom with shower box.
Furthermore, the house has large outdoor spaces where you can spend pleasant moments in the open area in complete privacy.
The comfortable patio, in front of the house, is well organized and furnished with a dining table and chairs. In the side part of the house, there are two sunbeds, a washing machine and a comfortable shower cabin to refresh you when returning from the sea.
The large outdoor garden surrounded by the countryside and from which you can admire the sea is embellished with olive trees and prickly pears. It is the right space to welcome your four-legged friends and let them play safely.
Finally, the house has semi-covered and fenced internal parking.

Marina di Pescoluse represents a true pearl characterized by long expanses of dunes and golden sand lying on a clear blue sea which boasts numerous awards (Blue Flag and Green Flag).
Among the nearby beaches we recommend “Lido Venere”, “la Conca” and “Cinque Vele” less than 3 km away and, for your 4-legged friends, the “Eden Salento” beach.
Furthermore, Pescoluse offers the possibility of practicing various sports using pedal boats or jet skis or the beach volleyball court, or renting a boat to visit the sea caves.
Finally, from Pescoluse it is easy to reach other seaside locations of interest in addition to Torre Vado, Torre Pali (6 km), Lido Marini (10 km), Torre Mozza (14 km) and Torre San Giovanni (18 km).
