Positive: We loved the apartment! It offered a large terrace with amazing view of the Lake Como and the opposite shore. Both bedrooms were equipped with wardrobes but only the bigger room had AC. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower was a bit narrow. The kitchen was nice and the host left us some biscuits, water and coffee. The best part besides the view was the private shaded parking place, which is rare. The village of Torno is beautiful, there are some restaurants and cafeterias down by the lake, close to the port, where the boats to Como stop.

Negative: There is practically no living room, only 2 chairs in the hallway with a build-in cabinets and a small TV. However, we spent most of our time on the terrace. The building is old and a bit smelly, very close to the main road, so in the morning was pretty noisy. Our host, Marianna, speaks Italian, but we managed to understand each other. She is really friendly and helpful.
