A stair brings up to a landing with a sofa-bed and access to the master bedroom and the bathroom. The second flat is on a single level but still there are a few steps to access it. Entrance in the lounge-kitchen, on one side a bedroom and on the other a small bathroom. Laundry room independent from both flats. The flats are at the ground floor of a property and are accessible with its own car ramp. Wide terrace outside, ideal for eating with a breathtaking views of lake Iseo, the vines of the Franciacorta and the castle on the hill in front across the meandering river. The residence offers gardens and playing grounds for children. Not suitable for disabled people or people with walking difficulties.
