It is all surrounded by more than 10 hectares of private park where you can find ancient trees, flowers and animals like deer, goats, and donkeys . The property is only 2 kms from the borough of Guardea and a few minutes from towns like Orvieto, Todi and Amelia. The villa hosts a maximum of 14 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms.
Every room in the villa is light, spacious and finished with natural elements like wood and local stone. Apart from the bedrooms, there is a great living area divided between dining area with fully equipped kitchen and living room with conversation area and TV.
