The farmhouse with its garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the Migliarino private natural park, property of the Salviati family since 1500.
The house, formerly used as the residence of the warden, was renovated in 2007 respecting the tradition and maintaining the original architectural elements.
Guests seeking peace and tranquility, will be welcomed in a green oasis in the middle of one of the best preserved pine woods of the Tuscan coast.
The rooms are furnished with an elegant simplicity of countryside, are large and arranged on two floors with two bedrooms with bathrooms on the upper floors and living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and direct access to the garden.
A few steps from the house a private gate, strictly for guests of Troncolo, gives access to the forest, nature reserve, part of the Regional Park of Migliarino, San Rossore and Massaciuccoli.
Crossing the entrance you will see long avenues and paths that intertwine in the midst of domestic pines, holm oaks, bald cypresses and oaks on a surface of 2000 hectares. You may come across deer, wild boar and other wild animals that live there in complete freedom.
Just 4 km driving, beautiful even for cycling, you reach the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Vecchiano, next to wood and always part of the Natural Park.
