The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional beds, complete with a comfortable topper mattress. The bathroom has a recently renovated modern walk-in shower and is also equipped with a washing machine.

Mallorca is characterized by typical narrow streets and a relaxed atmosphere. A small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar are just a short walk away. Furthermore, Lecco is a well-served city with a wide choice of restaurants and high-quality shops.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. We do not have private parking, but it is possible to go to the entrance to unload your luggage. Sometimes a parking space is available right in front, otherwise we will provide you with directions for public parking just a few minutes' walk away. A bus connects the area to the city center and the train station. Alternatively, you can walk to the center via a panoramic path—keep in mind, though, that the climb can be quite steep!
