Positive: Dinner service was great, morning view of the rolling hills are beautiful. Area is clean, staff all helpful!

Negative: Room amenities were basic, no slippers, fan, robe etc. For the price. Do note that they lock up the doors at night so you may not be able to get out to catch the sunrise or for an early morning run.
