Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa in grey fabric. Natural light floods the room. The adjoining room is furnished with ornate wooden furniture and a spacious dining table for six, perfect for convivial dinners. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances offers all the comfort needed for easy cooking. Decorative details recalling the mountains add a unique and characteristic touch to the living room, where there is also a fireplace (WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!) .
Going up the stairs, you enter the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms. The first is a romantic master bedroom, with details in pink and green velvet, equipped with a desk, a large white closet and a chest of drawers. This room also has a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the panoramic view. The second room, mountain-style with wood-paneled walls, has a French bed, a single bed and an open wardrobe, offering a versatile solution for guests. The third is a double bedroom.

Carì, a village in the Leventina Valley, is immersed in a spectacular natural setting, characterised by majestic mountains, green forests and alpine meadows. In fine weather, the hiking trails in the surrounding area offer opportunities for walking and trekking, with panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and snow-capped peaks. The surrounding forests are perfect for picnics, hikes and relaxing moments surrounded by nature.
During the winter, Carì turns into a popular ski resort. The well-maintained slopes are suitable for beginners and experienced skiers alike. In addition to alpine skiing, it is possible to practice snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The presence of a ski school and modern ski lifts makes the resort particularly suitable for families.
In the surroundings of Carì, there are numerous natural and cultural attractions. These include Lake Ritom about 26 km away, a picturesque alpine lake perfect for hiking and boat trips, and Monte Pizzo about 21 km away, which offers spectacular panoramic views. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the famous Piumogna waterfall, and in 30 minutes the village of Chironico, known throughout Europe and the world as one of the best bouldering destinations. The village of Airolo about 23 km away, famous for its ski slopes, its cheese factory and its local delicacies, is also easily accessible. Both Lugano and Locarno can be reached in 1 hour.
How to get there:
By car: From the A2 motorway take the exit towards ‘Faido’ if you are arriving from the south, if you are arriving from the north take the exit ‘Quinto towards Ambrì-Piotta/Rodi/Dalpe’, then follow the GPS for about 22 minutes until you reach the flat.
By public transport: From Airolo railway station take the train S10 direction ‘Chiasso’ and get off at ‘Faido’. From there take bus no. 119 in the direction of ‘Carì, Paese’ and get off after 30 minutes at ‘Carì, Condomini’. From here you will be in front of the flat in 1 minute on foot.
From Lugano railway station take the train S10 direction ‘Biasca’ and get off at ‘Castione- Arbedo’. From here take the train in the direction of ‘Zürich HB’ and get off after about half an hour in ‘Faido’. At ‘Faido Stazione’ take bus no. 119 in the direction of ‘Predelp’ and get off after 23 stops at the stop ‘Carì, Condomini’, from here in a 1 minute walk you will be in front of the flat.
