A private staircase, surrounded by greenery, leads directly to the sea to a rocky cove which is impossible to access otherwise. It is completely independent; it has a private entrance with a driveway gate. The villa has parking for 5 cars and is built on three levels, two of which have a kitchen. The first level is spread over two floors and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room, a panoramic covered terrace, with a view of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, kitchen equipped with all appliances and a small bathroom for guests.
